Time to eat.

I'm not going to lie, my cooking skills have gotten better through out this year.
It's true when they say practice makes perfect! I love using my creative side of the brain
 to express my artsy side. Today I went with this yummy creation.

Gluten free bread (from Richards)
3 Egg whites (1 yolk)
Slices of avocado and tomatoes
Fresh grounded black pepper
A pinch of oregano, cumin, and garlic salt.

I cut out a circle in the middle of the toast so I can pour in my scrambled egg mixture in
while I'm cooking. It makes the toast yummy because it cooks with the egg.
 Add the avocado and tomato once finished.
