busy as a bird.

what a long day. sometimes i wish i could just stay at the chiropractors all day, and relax...
but time passes when i am there too. even though i have the day off, i still have to run errands
 (i long to finish them all sooner than later).
 like the procrastinator that i am, i have decided (last minute) to change my final paper
 for my English class totally in the opposite direction.
i never really did believe in global warming. besides school taking all the hours in the day out of my life,
 for once i had time to make a scrumptious salad. it is very fresh and healthy.
mmmm..... try it out for yourself.

  • 1 15.5 oz can black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 9 oz frozen corn, thawed
  • 1 tomato, chopped
  • 1 small hass avocado, diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, chopped
  • 1 scallion, chopped
  • 1 lime, juice of
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp cilantro
  • salt and fresh grounded pepper
