Its finally time. I have been kept so busy being here in California I haven't Had the chance to get back I reality (but I guess that's how vacations are supposed to be). It's unusual for me to be out of the realm and out of my busy life. My summer has consisted of plans almost every single day, and now that I'm on vacation it's like I don't know how to act, I know it's silly but oh boy it feels good.
Time to catch up; the wedding was beautiful, it almost felt unreal. My cousins and I were getting ready for the wedding when all of a sudden we had a phone call and the bride was panicking because there was an hour left and her hair completely was coming apart; all of her curls went flat (a bad hairdresser dilemma, she was so upset). So she called me over to save the day; with 15 minutes, my magic fingers and my hot wand I quickly restyled her locks. Its quite interesting because I never went into cosmetology or anything like that, but it just seems like I am able to work with my creative side and make anything possible, and the look on her face was priceless. Words couldn't describe how grateful she was, all I wanted was to see her walking down the isle happy as a clam. My Benjamin is one lucky hunk to be marrying such a beauty. The shining sun, happy crowd, and bride and groom lit up the whole day; it feels wonderful to be around family at such a time as this. Weddings are always such a joyful time, it's sad to know that they will all be memories soon. The food, speeches, fondue, pictures, laughter, slide shows, cake, children filled up the rest of the night. My only wish is to make this moment last as long as possible. I'm happy.
