Time.
Recently I haven't had time to do much. I have kept busy with work and other errands. However I had the time to finally sit down and do something I enjoy. Black heels are always needed, and especially for work. So as I was roaming the isles in target I came across these gorgeous fuchsia pumps. Oh I fell in love with them; they were a great deal too. I decided that I was gonna get a second pair and dye them black. When you love shoes you just have to have them in more than one color. The black dye was purchased from Jo-Ann's; it was quite enjoyable painting the dye on the heels and seeing how great they were coming along; in between the drying and re-dying I had time to organize my jewelry box. I guess I never realized how much earrings I had. But I guess you can never have enough hehe.

Recap.
These past few days have been quite a handle full; I have not hade the time to share them so with some of my spare time i decided to post some recent photos (my phone erased all my other photos... Oh boy not fun). A dear friend came back home to visit for a few days from down under. I have missed him so; He basically is like a brother to me. It's so sad that today is going to be his last day. Tear. But I have been very excited to be able to reconnect. I went out with a few friends to watch the dark night on Saturday, and honestly I had a blast, made some new friends and enjoyed the basically 3 hour movie. However as I mentioned before my gorgeous friend Cathleen will be getting married on the 4th of August, and today was her bridal shower. What a cute little party it was. The games, champagne, and laughter filled the room as tears were shared.
Tip of the week: meeting new friends and sharing/connecting/expressing is always a healthy gesture that everyone should pick up.

Did someone say cranky?
You know sometimes you feel like you want to get out and run away from your problems. I promise today has been one of this days, I feel like I have been so emotional lately, I honestly don't know what it is, I feel like all my problems have bunched up into a giant lump in my head causing a major heart ache. But you know, I often try to never let my feelings get the best of me, days like these are when I think about Gods love for me. He honestly never gives up on me and I know that when I turn to him, my worries are no longer a problem. Wow even thinking about his grace now has put me in a better mood, I always know that no matter how hurt I am, or what ever my situation may be, that God is there for me 24/7; it's such a blessing to have such an amazing father.

Lazy summer days.
I have been mostly entirely exhausted this weekend, just by having a lot of things on my mind tires me out. I stayed in both Friday and Saturday just to relax and take some time for myself. It's nice to be able to do that once in a while; it gives to some extra time to catch up on the things you finally have the time for. I finally booked my ticket to california, and I will be flying out alone sadly but I cannot wait to be able to see my cousins again... Yippie. I will be going to accompany my cousins Benjamin's wedding. Oh I'm so excited!!! Anyways Sunday was a wonderful day, coming to church seeing these silly friends put up props and welcoming everyone into the house of God, it was pretty darn amazing. Afterwords I joined a friends party for the rest of the afternoon. And of course Margaret, my childhood friend is leaving to the Oz, and I had to give her one last goodbye. Oh I'm gonna miss those hugs...

It has been the perfect summer days where staying up late at nights aren't a bother, and chattering, laughter, and tickling have accumulated your sleeping schedule. Oh what a joy it is to have such a wonderful family.

Darling.
I love having my sister with me 24/7 this weekend. It's perfect, she is just such a gorgeous beauty, this skinny little thing just had a baby, and she is stunning. I love her to death; after church, we went to Bushidos (my favorite Japanese joint) and enjoyed some yummy sushi. We did enjoy our laughs, goodness I just always have a good time around these three, sweetest people in the world. I did cry a few times, tears started forming in my eyes from all the silliness. Oh I do love Sundays.

I have my sister back (for the weekend)!
Yayy, my sister is staying with me for the weekend through Wednesday! I'm such a happy trooper! I get to enjoy her presence as well as baby Benjamin's. Did I mention he will be turning 5 months tomorrow. Congrats, this little boy is getting so big. Since my sister has been down she has been forcing me to shop, oh boy this girl is gonna go broke hehe. I had some successful finds! I have been working on getting fashion finds from different places, trying to get out of my regular routine. Besides shopping, food junkie is what I have been becoming. Besides new clothes every other day, I have been experimenting with different flavors. For breakfast I enjoyed a sunny side up on corn crisps from Richards whole foods. Which turned out amazingly delicious, I'm so addicted, and I love the crunchiness too. For snack time I enjoyed some organic almond butter and granny smith apples. To be quite frank, I have never truly enjoyed almond butter, but it's quite exquisite with these apples.
4th of July.
I'm not going to lie, this was probably the best fourth of July I have ever had. I don't exactly know why or how to explain the reasoning for my decision, but I can assure you it's true. The day didn't start off as I expected it too, but it ended far beyond how I imagined it. I absolutely had a spectacular day. It started off with siesta key beach (known to be the #1 beach of America) the place was packed with drunk people (which totally grosses me out). However, since the storms the beach was slightly smelly and the tide had been pulled back a few feet. After the few hours that we spent there mark and I decided we no longer wanted to spend the rest of the day there; We packed our things and went out to st Armand's and picked up some pizza from Venezia's and went out by the bridge to have a picnic; It was so perfect and out shrimp Parmesan pizza was absolutely mouth watering. We ended the night on the docks watching the beautiful fireworks light up the sky, and with the pizza, and all the boats all lit up, it felt like we were in italy. My night was just perfect, because I spent it with the most perfect man in the world.

Sweet sunday.
Sunday I spent the afternoon eating lunch with marks family and cousins. We had a great time drawing on the tables (with the girls crayons), laughing, and reminiscing about the past. I ordered some warm tasty saucy shrimp and veggies medley. Scrumptious. The girls even filled in a cute stir about mark and I, it was the cutest thing.
